1. Dealer repairs Mid 2017: New brakes, calipers, drums. Replace of A/C fan motor and other A/C parts.
Multi-point inspection at this time. Dealer Documentation available to buyer. Battery is 5-year battery and was replaced in mind 2016 so got at least 3 years left on battery. SERPENTINE BELTS REPLACED!
2. Clear Title: YES, no mortgages or liens since 2013. Ford Motor 2012-2013 Lien-release doc included at closing/Title Release.
3. Seller provides documentation as provided by NC law:
(1) mileage odometer report and
(2) NC vehicle disclosure form MVR-181
4. Known major issues: None!!!

Seller will pay for Notary Seal on VehicleTitle and Both Seller and Buyer Must Sign Title to accept vehicle. Seller needs Buyer's proof of identity and valid, unexpired driver's license of Buyer.
You cannot drive the car without a valid driver's license and we will check for validity of license documents using online database when we meet with you at vehicle.
Seller will ride with Buyer during any test drive(s). Drive includes a maximum of 4 persons including Seller in test drive.
Once agreed on location of inspector, Seller will be present for any desired non-invasive vehicle inspection by Buyer and his inspector. Invasive inspections will require mutually agreed deposits by Buyer to Seller to secure the auto from damages during invasive inspections. Buyer pays for all inspection costs and damages/repairs due to any invasive or non-invasive inspection.
Purchase settlement terms: certified check or money order to be freshly written/prepared by local bank or money-order provider. Sale will occur when Well Fargo Bank is open, (Mon-Friday... and before Noon on Sat).
